We stand behind the quality of our marine components. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>1. Standard Returns (Stock Products)<\/h3>\n<p>For standard, non-customized items (such as standard digital gauges, stock sensors, or general electronics), the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Return Window:<\/strong> You have <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> to return an item from the date you received it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original, undamaged packaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proof of Purchase:<\/strong> Your return must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>2. Custom-Designed and Manufactured Products<\/h3>\n<p>SIC Navy specializes in high-performance, custom-designed solutions. Please note the following exceptions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Custom Tanks:<\/strong> Products manufactured according to client specifications, custom CAD designs, or specific dimensions (including XLPE and polyamide tanks) are <strong>non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong> once production has commenced, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special Orders:<\/strong> Equipment ordered with specific factory calibrations or custom wiring cannot be returned.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>3. Safety and SOLAS Equipment<\/h3>\n<p>Due to stringent international maritime safety regulations (MED\/SOLAS):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Emergency Lights:<\/strong> Life jacket lights and flashing buoys can only be returned if the security seals are intact and the product has not been activated or exposed to salt\/water.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Battery-Operated Devices:<\/strong> Items with integrated lithium batteries or specific expiration dates must be inspected by our technical team before a refund is issued.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>4. Defective or Damaged Items<\/h3>\n<p>In the rare event that you receive a defective product or an item damaged during transit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please contact us immediately at <a href=\"mailto:sales@sic.navy\">sales@sic.navy<\/a> with photos of the damage and the packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Our technical department will evaluate the claim. If the defect is confirmed, SIC Navy will provide a repair, a replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>5. Return Shipping<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Method:<\/strong> We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>6. Refunds Process<\/h3>\n<p>Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer).<\/li>\n<li>The credit will be processed within <strong>10 to 14 business days<\/strong>, depending on your card issuer&#8217;s or bank&#8217;s policies.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>7.
