This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the Italian version shall prevail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Governing Law and Jurisdiction:<\/strong><br \/>These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the <strong>Court of Lecce (LE), Italy<\/strong>.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<br \/><hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>1. Definitions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u201cCustomer\u201d<\/strong>: Any individual or legal entity purchasing products or services through the platform.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u201cSIC Navy\u201d \/ \u201cCompany\u201d \/ \u201cWe\u201d \/ \u201cUs\u201d<\/strong>: SIC\u2013DIVISIONE ELETTRONICA S.R.L., the owner and manager of the brand and the e-commerce platform.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u201cProducts\u201d<\/strong>: Marine electronic equipment, tanks, sensors, and safety lighting manufactured or sold by the Company.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u201cPlatform\u201d \/ \u201cWebsite\u201d<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/sic.navy\/\" target=\"_self\">https:\/\/sic.navy<\/a><br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>2. Platform Use<\/h3>\n<p>By using our platform, you agree to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide accurate and truthful information during purchase, registration, or when using the <strong>Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use the products in accordance with their technical specifications and international maritime safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws, including international trade, export, and shipping regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>3. Orders and Payments<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid purchase order accepted by our sales department.<\/li>\n<li>Payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways.<\/li>\n<li>Prices are quoted in Euro (\u20ac) and are subject to VAT and duties according to the shipping destination and the customer\u2019s tax status.<\/li>\n<li>The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of manifest pricing errors or stock unavailability.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>4. Shipping and Delivery<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.<\/li>\n<li>SIC Navy is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, third-party logistics providers, or events of force majeure.<\/li>\n<li>Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier (Incoterms EXW or as otherwise specified).<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>5. Warranty and Returns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All products are covered by the standard legal warranty against manufacturing defects for the duration provided by Italian and EU law.<\/li>\n<li>Return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom-designed products<\/strong> (such as custom-molded tanks) are strictly non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>6. Technical Compliance and Safety<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>SIC Navy products are designed and certified according to international standards (e.g., ISO 21487, ISO 10088, Directive 2013\/53\/EU, SOLAS MED).<\/li>\n<li>The Customer assumes all responsibility for the professional installation of electronic components and fuel systems. Improper installation voids all warranties.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>7. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All designs, CAD drawings, technical manuals, and images are the exclusive intellectual property of SIC\u2013DIVISIONE ELETTRONICA S.R.L.<\/li>\n<li>Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such materials is strictly prohibited.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>8. Privacy &amp; Data Protection<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Personal data is processed in full compliance with the <strong>EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Data is used solely for order management, technical assistance, and mandatory legal compliance.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>9. Liability &amp; Disclaimers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">SIC Navy shall not be liable for <strong>indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/strong> (including loss of profit or vessel downtime) resulting from the use of its products.<\/li>\n<li>Total liability is limited to the net purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><br \/>10.
