Description

The LED Pool Light is a high-efficiency underwater light with a power of 150 W and a 28 Vdc supply. Compared to traditional lights, it offers up to 80% lower power consumption and a lifespan more than 10 times longer. It features current and thermal protection control (if the light is not cooled by water, the temperature control reduces power until shutdown). It is powered by a high-efficiency external switching power supply (Input 220 V, Output 28 V 5A), included in the package.

The electronic circuit is based on proprietary technology with special features that allow maximum performance from components in compact spaces without compromising their durability. The cable is polyurethane, highly resistant to cuts and chemical agents, with tinned copper conductors to prevent corrosion, 5 meters long (longer lengths available on request), allowing connection to the power supply, which must be installed at the correct distance according to regulations. The control circuit (in the supplied power unit) automatically compensates voltage drops even over long distances, avoiding the need for large cable cross-sections.

The lighting output, a total of 12,700 lumens (among the highest in its category) with a lifespan of 20,000 hours, is provided by 16 LEDs of 10 W each, equivalent to a 500 W traditional halogen floodlight, with a luminous efficiency of up to 85 lumens/Watt. The light is white with a color temperature of 6300 °K.

The light consists of a solid chromed brass body with 4 mm thick tempered glass, fully sealed with a special silicone resistant to UV rays and chemical agents, ensuring complete and long-lasting waterproofing.

Possible applications for the LED Pool Light include: boat lighting, swimming pools, marina docks, whirlpools, industrial liquid storage tanks, seaplane landing corridors (floating anchoring systems available on request), large aquariums, and marine parks.
